FLAME

Living Faith
is an evangelical congregation
in The United Methodist Church.
Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
We will fulfill our mission by connecting persons to God and to each other through Jesus Christ.
We want to help every person connect with God through Jesus Christ to personally experience the "abundant life" Jesus promises his followers (see John 10:10).
We also want to help every person connect with others through Jesus Christ, to bring healing, hope and reconciliation to human relationships - between individuals, groups, races, communities and nations.
This is just a snapshot of who we are at Living Faith - please join us for worship on a Sunday to learn more about how you can connect with what God is doing among us.

Mission Sunday will be August 14th. There will be one worship service at 9:00 a.m. The church will then leave the building to go and serve in our community. Information about specific service projects will be available this summer.

Our 2015 Mission Sunday projects included pulling weeds at Kellum Elementary School and at HETRA, cleaning the kitchen at Open Door Mission, making cards for our missionaries serving in Japan and for our military serving overseas, and sorting and hanging clothes at Goodwill.
